At FJOR we believe that maintaining a healthy lifestyle should be easy. That’s why our coach-guided health programs are dedicated to make personal wellbeing affordable, efficient, and enjoyable. We combine cutting-edge technology with human coaching to help women over fifty prevent chronic diseases and achieve lasting results.

How it started

A few years ago my mother called me, concerned about her health. She’s been having heart problems, and her doctors had recommended she loses weight. She weighed 264 pounds at the time. She’s never followed a diet and had no understanding of healthy eating habits. I was living overseas at the time and couldn’t help her out in person.

So I started researching different diets that would be easy for her to follow. I’ve chosen a health coach to track my mother’s progress. She lost 44 pounds in just 3 months! I’ve realised that my mother wasn’t the only one facing this problem — thousands of people all over the world struggle with their health, but can’t afford to have a private coach to help them get better.

That’s how I got the idea for FJOR, your personal health coach at the tip of your fingers.
