Low-impact exercise

This workout course is meant for those who’d like to stay active, but can’t do intense exercise. Get to know low-intensity workout routines like strength training, pilates, low impact HIIT/cardio, functional movements, balance, coordination, and flexibility. Try out different routines and find your ideal activity with the help of your coach.
